A Message from our First Graduate
English
I want to first thank God because of the blessing this (my education) was in my life. It was an answer to my prayers. Second, I want to thank you for your courage and generosity; without you I would not have finished school. This is a very important thing in Haiti. When someone finishes school in Haiti they call you Philosoph, and in the old days, they would hold a big feast and everyone in the neighborhood respected you and came to you for advice. Nowadays, things have changed but I was very happy to receive the many congratulations from my mom and my friends.
May God bless you and all those who who helped you help me. I say thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I would also like to wish you a Merry Christmas, you and your family.
